Haven't found what you're looking for? We're here to help.
Membership gives you monthly credits that can be used across our studios, equipment hire, or production support. Plans start from 4 hours per month and scale depending on how much time you need. All memberships are billed monthly in advance and credits are added to your account each month.
When choosing a membership, most people simply estimate how many hours they'll need each month and which studio they'll use most, and pick a plan that covers that amount of credits.
Credits are our membership currency; they can be used for booking our studios, equipment or help from our in-house team. You’re not locked into one space, credits can be used flexibly across all of our studios. Many members also use credits for camera operators, lighting help, or editing support.
If you want to add additional services before or after your booking and don't have enough credits, you can either increase your plan or simply pay the difference by credit or debit card.
No; your membership gives you flexible credits rather than fixed studio time. You can use them across any of our studios depending on availability and how many credits you have. Higher-spec studios simply use more credits per hour.
Memberships start from £360 + VAT per month. You can increase your credits at any time if you need more hours. Most members grow their plan as their content output increases.
We offer monthly, 6-month, and 12-month memberships. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, while fixed-term plans run for the agreed period. Longer commitments offer better value for regular users.
Yes; you can upgrade or adjust your hours as your needs change. We keep memberships flexible so you’re not locked into the wrong plan. Changes usually take effect from the next billing cycle.
You pay on the same date each month, starting from the day you join, and credits are added to your account once payment is received. Bookings are confirmed using these credits, which keeps scheduling fair for all members. As a membership-only facility, studio time must be paid for before the session takes place.
You can book up to 3 months in advance. Bookings are secured once your monthly payment has been made and credits are available in your account. Many members schedule multiple sessions in advance to lock in their preferred times. If you need to secure a date beyond 3 months, please contact our team.
Yes; you’re welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, crew, or guests to your sessions. Each studio has a maximum capacity, so please check the studio details before booking. If you plan to bring in larger equipment or need to load items in, let us know in advance and refer to the floor plans to make sure the setup is suitable.
Yes; our team can help with camera operation, lighting, audio, and general production support. We also offer pre-production and creative direction ahead of filming, as well as editing and post-production if you need help finishing your content. These services can be booked using credits in advance, or added after your session.
The studios run primarily on a membership basis so regular creators and brands always have access. In some cases we do allow one-off bookings, events, or special hires depending on availability. The best way to discuss this is to book a tour and speak to the team.

We recommend some experience with LED volumes and virtual production for dry-hire. If you're new to the tech, we strongly suggest booking a pre-light day or a studio operator during your session to familiarise yourself with the LED wall, lighting, and control system. This helps ensure your shoot runs smoothly!
Yes, a studio operator can be booked to help operate the LED wall and lighting control. Please note, this does not include creating or sourcing content for the screen, so any visuals or media should be provided in advance. We'll discuss your shoot beforehand to ensure it runs correctly.
If you're new to virtual production or your shoot is complex, whether that's advanced 3D backdrops or you're working with talent, we recommend booking a half-day pre-light session. This gives you time to test your content on the LED wall, set up your lighting, and make sure everything runs smoothly once the cameras start rolling.
For simpler productions with static backgrounds, this may not be necessary.
Due to setup requirements for the LED wall, virtual content, and lighting, our minimim booking is 4 hours, with options for either a half-day (4 hours) or a full-day (8 hours).
