Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

UPL Studios memberships provide access to recurring monthly credits which may be used against eligible services and studio bookings.

Memberships may be purchased on:

  • monthly rolling terms;
  • 6 month commitments;
  • 12 month commitments.

Minimum commitment period: 3 months.

2. Billing

  • Membership fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  • Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of:
    • access;
    • bookings;
    • studio usage;
    • membership benefits.

3. Credits

  • Credits are allocated monthly based on membership tier.
  • Credits are internal booking units only and are not cash equivalents.
  • Credits may be used across eligible services.
  • Credits roll over between billing periods.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Additional Usage

Where members exceed their available credit balance:

  • additional usage may be charged automatically;
  • additional services may be charged at applicable member pricing.

5. Downgrades & Cancellation

  • Membership downgrades take effect at the end of the applicable commitment period.
  • Monthly members may downgrade or cancel effective from the next billing cycle.
  • Fixed-term members may downgrade or cancel at the end of their agreed term.
  • Credits remaining after cancellation may remain attached to the account subject to inactivity policies.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate memberships for:

  • failed payments;
  • chargebacks;
  • abuse;
  • misconduct;
  • breaches of Terms;
  • unlawful activity.
